It's also just 6 miles from the stunningly beautiful Peak District National Park.
It's clean and friendly if a bit scruffy!
All visitors are equal but cyclists are more equal than others!
Bed linen and towels provided. Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Free wi-fi in the house, Virgin Media cable tv in the front room, small television with built-in DVD player in the room plus massive DVD collection!
Smoking area in back yard.
There's a variety of local ethnic shops and eateries plus a Morrison's Local supermarket and a recently renovated Victorian pub called The Broadfield, all within a few hundred yards.
Anything else you want to know? Just ask!
Just be friendly and please don't smoke indoors or bring animals because the house isn't big enough!
