About this listing
Looking for a cheap bed for the night in Sheffield?
Comfortable double room, on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the A621, 2 miles south of the city centre and Sheffield railway station, on 5 major local bus routes; buses run at least every 10 minutes during the day and early evening. It's also just 6 miles from the stunningly beautiful Peak District National Park.
It's clean and friendly if a bit scruffy!
All visitors are equal but cyclists are more equal than others!
Bed linen and towels provided. Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Free wifi in the house, small television with built-in DVD player in the room plus massive DVD collection!
Smoking area in back yard.
There's a variety of local ethnic shops and eateries plus a My Local supermarket and a Victorian real ale pub called The Broadfield, all within a few hundred yards.
Anything else you want to know? Just ask!
Just be friendly and please don't smoke indoors or bring animals because the house isn't big enough!
Cancel up to 24 hours before your trip and get a full refund, including service fees.

I'm a freelance English teacher, voice coach and minister, cyclist and caver, actor, singer and writer. I have 2 sons (26 and 21), one in the US and one itinerant! I'm into peace and social justice, so I've always worked for charities and community groups. I'm a big fan of theatre, film, radio and television drama but not interested in spectator sports, soaps, "talent" shows or "reality" tv.
