Relax with your whole family and friends at this peaceful country estate on over 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Situated just east of the charming town of Chatham, our family farm is perfectly situated near local lakes and attractions in the summer months, and several ski resorts for winter sports.

Outside, there is a hot tub that is kept hot all winter long and a beautiful pool that is opened starting at the end of May through early September.

The space
Welcome to Haven Hills Farm, nestled amongst gardens and greenery, overlooking an expansive field, surrounded by rolling hills. Our farmhouse is made up of two wings.
The first wing on the left, we call the “Main House.” Upstairs on the second floor is the “primary bedroom” with a king size bed, the “secondary bedroom” with two twin size beds, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor the entryway leads you into a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a drawing room with French doors leading out to the back patio, an ample dining room, and a large open kitchen. A full bath with shower/tub combo off kitchen, also assessable from the guest “third bedroom” which holds a queen size bed.
Connecting the two wings is a sunroom and a sunny patio with an outdoor lounge area. The second wing on the right holds another spacious living room with another wood-burning fireplace, along with a half bath with shower. Enjoy the view from a wall of windows overlooking the open fields in front of the house and the rolling hills of Columbia County in the distance. Two bedrooms can be found down a hallway off the living room with the “fourth bedroom” holding two queen size beds, and then the last “fifth bedroom” with another queen size bed. At the end of the hall there is another full bath with a shower/tub combo.
In the backyard we have a stone patio with a grill for cooking outside and a hot tub that is open all year round. We also have a large in-ground pool that is heated and open between late spring and early fall.
Whether vacationing with friends, meeting family for a reunion, or just looking for some peace and quiet, Haven Hills Farm will be the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Our whole home and our nearly 8 acres of land is included in your stay.

Other things to note
Haven Hills Farm is somewhat secluded on a long dirt road. We strongly advise your vehicle is AWD and to drive cautiously in seasonally in-climate weather.

Our pool is heated to 74 degrees and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The hot tub/spa is open year round for a relaxing treat for all of our guests.
