Brand new - in a classic and historic San Francisco Victorian Grand Dame in one of SF's most up and coming neighborhoods - NOPA.
Stay in our romantic garden apartment with your own deck. This freshly renovated one bedroom apartment with state of the art appliances and technology will offer you a peaceful and quiet stay just footsteps away from the happenings in one of San Francisco's most up and coming neighborhoods of the past couple of years.
The apartment is conveniently located two blocks from Alamo Square (with the Painted Ladies), ten minutes walk to Haight Ashbury (Flower Power) and also very close to Golden Gate Park (hiking, biking, paddle boating and much more). If you are traveling with kids, there are also several playgrounds close by.
Within a few blocks you will find some of San Francisco's best restaurants: Nopa, Bar Crudo, Ragazza, Nopalito, and plenty of cafes and bars. Check out the wonderful bakery and Cafe at the Mill on Divisadero and Grove. Two amazing supermarkets are also just a couple of blocks away - BiRite and Falletti Foods. No need for a car around here. Two bus lines have their stop one block away, to go downtown or explore other neighborhoods of the city.

This is the perfect San Francisco airbnb -- great neighborhood, just the right size space for one or two people, easy access to the rest of the city, tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. The entire experience was very professional. I'll stay again on my next visit.
I don't think you could do much better than Alexandra's apartment. It's in a great area and has a fantastic, modern layout. Everything is very clean and nice...I'll look to stay here again when I'm back in San Francisco.
This is our second time staying in this apartment and we loved it just as much as we did the first time!
We loved staying in the apartment! The apartment was very comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. The apartment was very private, safe, and located in a neighborhood surrounded by shops and restaurants with easy access to public transportation.
We would certainly recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a "home" away from home.

We had an excellent stay in the city. The house was very quite, clean and everything we needed to visit SF in a weekend. Alexandra was communicative and helpful throughout our reservation and stay. Great neighborhood, easy parking, and a good home base. Good eats at NOPA!
CONVENIENT = Public transportation, groceries, sundries, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, playgrounds, many churches
COMFORTABLE = Friendly, welcoming, available & helpful host; full facilities (kitchen, pantry, TV, WiFi), quiet, homey, warm & clean location
OVERALL = Absolute, top-of-the-list winner.
Very nice apartment that is at least as cozy as the pictures indicate! The place was clean and well prepared, and the host made us feel welcome with wine and chocolate. The location was also great, just a short cab ride from the city center.

I'm half German, half Montenegrin and now live in California. It's amazing to be here in San Francisco, where everybody can be who they want to be. Victorian houses are one of my passions and I'm grateful to be able to see them every day and live in one.
I love to spend my time with my two kids and my husband around the neighborhood and all over the city or I ride my horse, explore new music, go to concerts, bake, cook or garden..
My husband and I also work together at our own software company.
San Francisco is a wonderful city to live in and I am glad to be a host here and to share the wonderful things this city has to offer.
