Country house in stone, with small garden and living room with fireplace and balcony with views of the hills. Inserted in a small and ancient village of the Langhe, among the vineyards of Barolo and Dolcetto. Surrounded by nature and tranquility.
In the heart of the Langhe (Unesco), between hills and wineyards of Barolo and Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, spend your holidays immersed in nature, tranquillity and tradition. A few steps from the most famous places in the Langhe (Alba, Barolo, Murazzano, Monforte), not far from the golf club Cherasco. Near the sea ( 50 Km) and 50 Km from the Alps. The delightful country house is composed of a large bedroom, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower, wc and bidet, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. You can also have breakfast in the garden or on the balcony with view on the hills. The nearest town is 2 km, the first restaurant is 5. At 20 Km there is a great outlet (Mondovicino). The House is a small village between the vineyards in which there are only 6 houses. Nearby you will find many farms and shops selling fine gastronomic products of the Langhe (wine, nuts, cheese, ravioli ...). In the House there is a cd player and some Board games, but there is no tv (by choice). There are 4 beds: one double bed, a single bed and an armchair. Recommended for those who love nature, tranquility, and wine and hiking or biking.
Important: Sheets and towels are including from a minimum of 3 nights.
Entrate, guardate, toccate, annusate, vivete e sentite. L'importante è che lasciate tutto come lo avete trovato. La casa nelle vigne delle Langhe ed io ve ne saremo grati.

Thank you Luca for letting us stay in your beautiful house. I fully recommend visiting this house to everybody wanting to enjoy nature and disconnecting from the noise of the cities. The house is in the middle of the hills and surrounded by nature (at night you can see deer hares and wild pigs if you are lucky). There are amazing places near to Luca's house to enjoy the "cucina piamontese".
The place is decorated to make you feel at home. Enjoy a good bottle of wine next to the fireplace. It has not price :)
We had a wonderful time at the Maya house. It's nice and comfy, and the area is extremely charming. Very nice rooms, cozy and cute. electric cooker, refrigerator, plates and dishes make a vacation more comfortable.
Absolutely You need a car.
Luca was really friendly and welcoming. We'd love to go back!
El lugar es muy lindo en medio de los valles y esta decorado con mucho gusto. Un sitio muy recomendable para huir del estrés y relajarse en medio de los viñedos.
Luca's place in the middle of the Langhe hills was great. Nothing but piece and quiet. A charming flat with cute furniture and deco, and a nice fireplace to cuddle around for a great family time. Good access to Dogliani and Barolo for great food and wine. Luca, thank you for letting us stay at such a charming place and thanks for your kind support with directions and guidance. Jun
This lovely house set on a picturesque farm was a very private and perfect 'home base' for exploring the Langhe and all the wonderful food and wine it has to offer. Luca was a most helpful host and recommended great places to explore and eat at, one of our best meals was at a restaurant of his recommendation. I would highly recommend!
Good place, nicely decorated, in the "wild" part of Langhe. We felt very comfortable during our stay. A good place to discover the Region. A car or motorbike ist essential, as the next restaurants, shops and markets are quite a few kilometres away from the house.
The house was exactly as described. Wonderfully decorated! We had a great time discovering the landscape. Ideal for slow vacation! We did not actually meet Luca, but communication was perfect.
Hint: If you stay only for a short time, make sure to bring your own sheets and towels. Luca pointed out to us that these were not included a week in advance, but because we were already on our way, we could not take them. So we had to get them 20min away (by car) at Luca's parents and pay 15€ extra.
