If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is about a 2 minute walk to the beach, this is the place for you. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Parking available.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is small resort town and ideal if you want to avoid congested traffic and constant solicitation at the beach.

Wifi, TV, full kitchen, clothes washer/dryer available inside the condo which is located on the 3rd floor. Elevator access to the roof top swimming pool.

The space
Located on the 3rd floor and there are only 7 floors in the building. Unit has the entire floor. There
are 2 small balconies.
There is a small pool on the 7th floor as well as a grill and outdoor kitchen area.

Guest access
Entire condominium and swimming pool level.

Other things to note
Travel from PVR airport: InDrive App charge is typically 300 pesos and takes about 30 minutes. Uber is usually twice the price.
Bucerias, which has countless restaurants and market shops, is a 5 minutes ride on InDrive App. Cost is usually less than 100 pesos. Note, must pay in cash with InDrive.
There are multiple restaurants within a very short walking distance from the condo. Also, there are 2 convenient stores that are about a 10 minute walk.
