Comes complete with Air conditioning/heatpump, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin futon in living room. The house is fully furnished, linens, High speed Internet, Apple TV and local phone included. Indoors or out you can always enjoy the view from the beautiful 40' x 20' wraparound deck, or fireside from the giant picture window. The cottage is full of light, windows all around. Modern upgrades make this a must see location!One of the best sites in Canada to see Icebergs with our view of "Iceberg Alley". We are surrounded by coastal hikes, whales, icebergs (in season) and fresh seafood! Catch a cod, or just sit and listen to the waves. 2 minute drive to town, tourboats, grocery and shops!
