This charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse backs up to picturous farmland and was renovated in 2017. This 100 year old beauty has been featured in Cottages & Bungalows, Houzz and Country Living. We are close to Saugatuck (12 mins), S. Haven (12 mins), Holland (20 mins) and Fennville (12 mins). The farmhouse is conveniently located near 3 Lake MI beaches (under 1 mile), cider mills, breweries, wineries, farm stands, antiques, shopping & restaurants. The open layout is perfect for large groups.

The space
The home sits on 3 acres that includes a small wooded trail, near local orchards and close enough to lake MI that you can hear the waves crashing. There is an outside patio, screened porch and wrap around porch out front. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to host large farm-style dinner parties (commercial grade appliances). There are 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft upstairs. There are 2 full spa-like bathrooms that are decked out with top of the line Kohler sinks, tubs and facets. The entire home is filled with salvaged antiques, collectables and beautifully designed pieces. We have a digital keypad that is easy for guests to get into the cottage and our entire home is set up on the Nest system which automatically sets the heat and AC to comfortable temps. Due to the rural location, internet can be spotty (which may impact both the internet + TV).
