Our particular home was built in 1931 and sits walking distance away from Graceda park, Modesto's oldest city park, developed in 1907, Graceada was designed by John McClaren, the designer of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. The area is popular for its Walking/running and biking trails, wine bars, coffee houses, local gourmet restaurants, small businesses, pubs, state and local theaters. If you’re here for business or pleasure the activity you seek is only a 3 minute drive away.
