    Response from Diane:

Thank you Paul, hope you come and stay with us again sometime in the future.
    Kind regards

  • We just spent five days in Diane's lovely cottage. It was exactly as we expected and Diane made us feel very welcome. It is very handy to all parts of Cornwall and there are two great pubs nearby for drinks and meals. Wifi reception not good, but not Diane's fault, many parts of Cornwall still in the dark ages! Would highly recommend this cottage.

  • We loved our stay in this beautiful little cottage! What an amazing find tucked away on a lovely property just outside Newquay. We stayed here for 4 nights and found it a perfect base to explore the Cornish coast, as well as take it easy. We were tempted to spend more nights at home then out as the kitchen is well equipped and living space very cosy and homely. Diane was a friendly and welcoming host. We will definitely be coming back to stay, such a brilliant place for an escape!

  • We had an enjoyable holiday In Newquay over the new year. The cottage was homely and inviting and a great base to explore local Cornwall. Diane our host was welcoming and made us feel as of nothing was too much trouble. It was great to arrive to a cheerful host and a warm cottage and beautifully clean cottage. It was lovely to come back to such a comfortable home. We would certainly recommend the cottage as a place to stay in Cornwall. Julian, Julia and etienne.

  • Diane is a wonderful host! She was very helpful with directions. When we got there the house was in perfect conditions and with plans of what to do in the area. Definitely recommend to go to one of her properties if going to Cornwall!

Thank you Alejandro for your nice comments - hope to see you all again one day.

  • Great central location for exploring Cornwall and a perfectly charming cottage. Just right for our group of 2 adults and 2 children. Centrally heated with all the comforts you need away from home. Would love to go back again.

  • I very much enjoyed my stay at Diane's cottage and would not hesitate to recommend it. The rooms are spacious and the place is spotlessly clean and tidy and comes with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I was truly impressed! The cottage is a short drive from Newquay and also convenient for getting to the Eden Project. We did not meet Diane but had no difficulties in communicating by e-mail and text.

I am originally from London but my husband and I decided we wanted a complete change of lifestyle and moved to beautiful Cornwall in 1986 when our children were still small. We owned a Holiday Park for 17 years and then semi-retired 10 years ago when we moved to Primrose Farm and have carried on in the holiday trade but on a much small scale.
