Interaction with Guests
Gulia and Federico can give you any suggestion concerning historical-cultural and gastronomic itineraries in Assisi and surrounding area.
Other Things to Note
Loggialvicolo is equipped with independent heating and electricity; therefore, there is complete freedom for guests to manage these services.
Nevertheless, we hope our guests use them in a eco-friendly manner.
We have also to say that in the period from November to March, we require a suppplement of 6 € per day (to be paid at check-in) to sustain the costs of heating.
We do not have great rules, just good manners and cordiality.
Small and medium size pets are welcome, provided that they're "good-mannered".
For the rest just enjoy our stay...!

If you are looking at this listing for your upcoming stay in Assisi look no further! Book this place! I just left today and wish I was still there. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Loggialvicolo. Giulia, Federico & Masimiliano are fantastic hosts! They are kind, helpful and a lot of fun! The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and located on one of the nicest streets in all of Assisi. It was my home away from home. I hope to return again in the near future!
Thank you so much Giulia and Federico! Your apartment was so beautiful and done in great taste,a very special, peaceful place. We loved being part of life in Assisi for a few days, our quiet little area, the beautiful flowers, the men sitting around the barbershop corner chatting in the afternoon. You were both very kind,we really appreciated your lovely biological foods and the limoncello! Assisi is just lovely and we will tell all our friends.love Alexandra and Jim
Giulia was the perfect host! She gave me perfect directions on the bus from the train station and she met us at the bus stop. The apartment was just a quick walk from there. The area the apartment is in is by far the cutest neighborhood I've even had the chance to stay in. She told us all we needed to know (restaurants and wine!) I feel so lucky to have stayed in such a charming apartment. After backpacking for about a week, the washing machine was such a luxury! Can't wait to visit again!
I am a solo traveler and have stayed in five Airbnbs in Italy, enjoying each one. Were I asked to select the number one apartment, Giulia and Frederico's would be the choice. As all other reviewers have said, they have made an exceptionally lovely environment and they supply everything one needs. To repeat specifics,
the art work and color scheme, well equipped kitchen, ample and varied breakfast, comfortable bed and bed pillows, best washing machine, best hot shower, thermostat under your control, lovely flowers, marvelous neighborhood location, near the bus, Assisi sites, restaurants, and yet in a quiet, peaceful spot where where the only noise is a pleasant church bell, opportunity to store luggage before or after checking in, and both host and hostess want to be sure you are comfortable and do sweet things to welcome you.
What I do not recall other reviewers mentioning are a sweet cat (Molly), herbs just outside the front door, and the minute you enter, you are greeted with a cozy space separating your apartment from the host's. This entry way has artistically arranged flowers and a lovely floral smell. You immediately know you are in an extraordinary place and you have not yet entered your apartment! Once inside, I found myself almost speechless by a particular painting over the sofa. Frederico is so creative, he might change the art work from time to time, but I hope many guests get to see this particular painting of his loved ones. Art work, furnishings. and flooring are modern, but the curtains hand made by the grandmother remind you that you are in a place of history and family tradition.
I like that they are environmentally conscious and that they suggested walking in the Bosco trail just outside the Balisica.
Last, but possibly most important, if you are fortunate to engage in conversation with your host, hostess, and their good friend your travel in Italy will be truly enriched. For me, I know I will never forget these three people.
All interactions with Giulia were easy and clear about directions and pick up.
Frederico, Giulia's brother, met us at the bus stop and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment.
We would come back anytime to stay for the flowers, the comfortable bed, the beautiful ambient and art, as well as the convenient and historic location and their warm interactions with us.
As our trains left late in the afternoon and it rained quite a bit in the last days of our stay, we were able to leave our baggage at the house and pick it up upon departure.
Our hosts made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We, surely, will miss our new friends in Assisi and will recommend this apartment to our friends and family.
