Sea Oaks is your home away from home in the prestigious Currituck Club Community. Tucked beneath beautiful live oaks, it’s the perfect spot for a memorable getaway. Take the community trolley to the beach, club pool(s), or golf course. Only 15 minutes to the best shopping & restaurants in Corolla Village and the Duck Waterfront. Come back to enjoy the game room with a putting green, foosball, and ping pong table, and end the day relaxing in the hot tub—you’ll want to return year after year!
The space
Sea Oaks is your perfect vacation getaway to come settle in after a day at the beach or exploring Corolla. Comfortable for a large family or multiple small families & friends.
The open floor plan with living area, dining room, and kitchen is nice and spacious for entertaining. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a night in cooking for the whole family.
The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the lower level, while the other four bedrooms are conveniently located together on the top level. The upstairs loft includes a small workspace where guests can use the home's internet to stay caught up with work or school remotely.
You can enjoy two comfortably furnished screened porches for outdoor living. One porch is off to the side of the front deck and is tucked under the trees. The other is located at the back of the house and leads out to the open air deck. In the backyard you will find the hot tub, picnic table, and gas grill.
Another great highlight is our game room located in the garage - with smart TV, putting green, foosball and ping pong tables! While this space does not have central air conditioning, two large ceiling fans and screened windows keep it comfortable. Shutting the garage doors at night helps keep bugs out.

Driving into the Community:
There is a North entrance with a guard gate and an attendant during work hours, and a south entrance with a gate only.
Community Check In:
Off Season: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm go to the Community Center to pick up your packet and wristbands.
In- Season: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm stop by the Fitness center to pick up your packet and wristbands.
Parking:
Sea Oaks’ private driveway can hold up to four vehicles. No parking on the street/cul-de-sac is allowed.
Home Entry:
Keypad lock. You will receive an entry code the morning of check in.
Handicap Accessible ramp is to the right side of the home.
Other things to note
During your stay, everyone in your group can take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers including outdoor pools, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a fitness center. During the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
Sea Oaks is located very close to the community's south entrance, just a 5 minute walk to the nearby pool and a quick trolley ride to the beach. Shopping and dining are also within walking distance, including Metropolis Tapas Restaurant, Bacchus Wine & Gourmet Shop and Driftwood Coffee Company - all located just outside the gate.
The Currituck Club is conveniently located between Duck and Corolla Light, boasting some of the best shopping and restaurants. Both are just a short 15 minute drive away.
If you are a golf enthusiast, you can book a tee time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones. On the course, it is common to view wildlife including deer, osprey, geese, turtles, and the occasional soaring eagle.
