The space
Located in a beautiful modern ranch setting with views of Guajome Lake regional park. Your private attached casita is across from 4.5 mile trails of diverse habitats for walking, bird watching, jogging, and horse back riding. With views of the ponds from your door you will nestle easily into this beautiful retreat.

Previous reviews were for my former homes so the review of the space would not be accurate to the new listing.

The space offers all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Large windows and French doors lead you onto the patio sitting area with tree top views and occasional farm animals :)

Small kitchen provides a hot plate/Coffee maker/blender/small fridge/sink for light cooking.
Smart tv for evening entertainment if desired.
Wifi,
fine linens and plenty of towels.
( *New tuft n needle bed Jan 27 2021 and updated kitchen unit as well )

Large walk in shower with toiletries.
Books on the shelf for reading.
A few board games. Outdoor fireplace and BBQ, bikes.

If you need anything, just ask
Someone is always in the main home so don't hesitant if you need anything or have questions.
No smoking cigarettes please on the property, it's hard to get the smell out of the linens and don't want to spoil it for the next guest.

There's wineries and breweries close by and a bike trail to the beach," we provide beach cruisers"

We are a gated residence.

We have 2 great pyrenees dogs, 1 herding mutt and an old lady golden retriever. They have full access of the property and enjoy visiting you for the afternoon sun and cool ocean breeze. They are all very friendly with small dogs.

We also have a chicken family and 2 pigs that roam.
We provide fresh eggs from the chickens in the spring and summer months.

We have 5 horses that live on the property as well and two large goats.
They love carrots and apples and are very friendly.

We ask you park outside the gate and walk through the side gate door so we never have to worry about a critter getting out of the yard.

DOG INFO
We are small dog friendly with an additional one time $25 pet fee.
Dogs under 30lbs only please and very friendly breeds and fixed.

DOG RULES
Please do not let them free run around the property, we don't want to loose any livestock. Please walk pets at the park across the street, there's a beautiful park with 500 acres right across the street for you to enjoy.
Please DO NOT allow your pets on the bed, unless you bring a king size throw for over it. Their muddy paws will stain the linens.
DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME
Dogs with agressive behaviors are not allowed

Guest access
Guests have access to the Bungalo and grounds.
The main house is our private residence. Your Bungalo is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and fenced patio area if you choose to bring a dog as well as a large fenced area for your dog to run when the goats aren't there,
Our home is 2016 construction and have set up this space especially for you.

For guests bringing there horses, please visit our website or call us for information and pricing.
We are located across from 500 acres of horse back riding trails and two lake reservoirs.

We provide a large outdoor turn out/corral with shade for your horses.

Other things to note
Please let us know if you are bringing a dog so we can make sure to greet you and introduce the dogs.
We charge a $25 fee for 1 dog.

We're overlooking the 5 acre lake.

7 miles to the beautiful Oceanside harbor.

10 minute Uber ride to the Oceanside Trolly or coaster which will take you down the coast all the way to San Diego's marina and sporting good events.

We have a hand full of wineries and craft breweries with in 10 minute Uber or lyft ride.

The quaint downtown of fallbrook and its famous Main Street is a 15 minute drive.

The San Luis Rey mission is a 10 minute drive.

The San Luis Rey mission trail starts 1 block away from the home and takes you on a 7 mile bike trail to Oceanside harbor. We offer two beach cruisers for your use.
