The space
This historic, 5 bedroom house, built circa 1810, was completely renovated in early 2017, combining a contemporary design with the restored original detail & character of the home.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a vacation full of outdoor activities, this home is perfect for families and large groups. It’s close proximity to the Delaware River and New Hope, PA allows for bike rides along the canal, fishing & water sports, shopping, outdoor dining, and nightlife.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, outdoor patio, and property of 77 acres of preserved land, except for the barn which is off limits.

Other things to note
***Before booking the house, please be aware that all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, except for the half bath, are located on the second floor. This is an old house, so all 3 staircases are steeper than newer homes. Also, the doorways are not wheelchair accessible.***

-Fireplaces are NOT to be used, except for the gas powered one in the dining room.
