We regret that you did not enjoy you stay with us over the weekend. As to your comments let us response accordingly: (i) You stayed with us over 3 days and on all 3 days (26-29 Jan) we have host working from 9am to 7pm. It would be impossible to run a hostel without a host. In fact, the owner was also at the premise on the 26th, the day that you checked in. (ii) As for the showers, we have big signs indicating the location of the switches. (iii) Our entire hostel is cleaned everyday by our full time cleaner from 10am to 2pm. If you checked in earlier before the official 2pm then perhaps the toilets were either being cleaned or have not been attended to yet by the cleaners. (iv) We indicate clearly in our hostel policy that towels, adaptors are chargeable; (v) We are proud to note that we have a 100% record for (Hidden by Airbnb) response. We don't operate a 24-hour phone call service, thus the best alternative is to (Hidden by Airbnb) message us after closing hours. Based on our (Hidden by Airbnb) records from 26-29 Jan, there were no messages from you. Our location is 2-min walk to the MRT station and that is super convenient plus the myriad of shopping experience and food stalls makes Royal a good budget choice for travelers. We are disappointed that you did not have a good experience as our other guests have had with us based on majority of positive reviews.
