Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo, excluding 2 owner closets in the hallways and kids bedroom.

Access to Pointe West Resort amenities (pools, gym, hot tubs, game room, etc.) requires the purchase of a wristband pass. Wristbands are optional; however, they are required if you wish to use any of the resort amenities. Wristbands are $25 per person (for guests age 4 and up) and are valid year-round for the duration of your stay. Please note that wristbands are non-refundable.

Guests must provide their email address and phone number upon booking, which will be shared with the Pointe West front desk. Approximately 30 days prior to check-in, the front desk will send an invoice with a link to purchase wristbands in advance—this is the most convenient option.

Wristbands may also be purchased in person; however, this can only be done during front desk office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), which are more limited than the amenity access hours.
