Old adobe home. Remodeled with a Spanish colonial fee and some modern finishes. Comfortable, casual with good spaces for relaxation indoor and out. A private outdoor laundry area, a side patio with gas grill, shade and seating. A quiet, shaded front yard with sitting area.

3 blocks to local restaurants, 15 minutes walking to downtown Tucson and streetcar stop. Great Mexican food minutes away, close to the UofA. One mile to the freeway and the open desert west of town.

The space
This is a comfortable and clean old adobe home. It is unique and has a homey feel which many people love. It is not a hotel. Old adobe construction is of raw earth and plaster. Dust collects quickly on surfaces inside and out as the neighborhood is very near the desert. Inquire about issues that may be of concern to you before booking.

Guest access
The two rooms in back of the house and access to the back yard is for the owners use for office and storage. These areas have separate access through the back yard.

Other things to note
The house heats and cools slowly and therefore some protocols are followed for temperature control.
