Top floor of a converted 1860s grain warehouse. It became an architect's office, then an open plan space, then it became a 4 bedroom apartment/studio gallery. There's cracks, bumps, beams, squeaky floorboards, drops of old paint. and loads of charm! There's loads of paintings, books and curios. Please Note This Apartment is not for loud parties. Keeping my neighbour onside is important. Cheers.

The space
Where to start? Large comfortable space with superb quality furnishings. Large dining table, that sits up to 10 people. The kitchen is new and barely been used. Huge 12 metre heated balcony for an alfresco breakfast. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of them large with huge windows and en suites. The other 2 bedrooms are smaller but still plenty room and with lovely double beds. The 2 small bedrooms can access the large bathroom off the 2nd large bedroom (There are 2 doors into the bathroom, so you dont have to go through the bedroom)
