It is a unique loft-style space, very centrally located in Tucson.

Interaction with Guests
We live in northwest Tucson. We will meet guests the first day of check-in and are otherwise available on an as-needed basis.
Central location near the UoA, AZ Inn, and UMC. Lots of restaurants are within easy walking or biking distance. It has the benefits of a city location but the peaceful feeling of a house and large yard.
Sun Tran stops just a few yards from the house - there is a stop on the corner of Elm St. and Treat Ave.

Jen and Bill are AMAZING. Jen was concerned about the temperature in the guest house and made sure to message me the week of my stay to ensure I would be comfortable with the set-up. Upon arrival, the place was immaculate. Lights were on. Waters in the fridge. Cozy and cool. I was only here two nights, and I wished I could have stayed longer. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the landscaping was really great. I'll be visiting my niece a few times I'm sure during her time at U of A, and if the Elm Street Guesthouse is available, I will absolutely book again. Thanks so much!
Very nice cottage in a good neighborhood. This was our first experience with Airbnb, and we were very happy that Jen and Bill made this so easy.
Very conveniently located, cute, free standing, private guest house. Jen and Bill were great - easy check in, everything organized and spotless, very nice amenities (ie, wifi, tv). Would definitely stay there again.
The Elm Street Guesthouse was fantastic! Perfect location. Hope to come back and stay again soon!
Although I unfortunately did not get to meet Jen and Bill in person, they were extremely professional and quick to respond to email. The house was clean and quiet, with lovely architecture - a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this place - Jen makes things very easy for check-in and check-out (they even have a book with all the information in it!), and the location is great if you are spending time at the university or in downtown.

My husband, Bill, and I have been married for 13 years. We are both originally from New York, but have lived in Tucson for over 10 years. We both attended the University of Arizona and graduated in 1991. Bill is currently an Electrical Engineer in the solar power industry. I am a former attorney and currently a part-time stay at home mom with our two children, Maddie (11) and William (6) as well as a real estate agent and manager of our 3 vacation rental properties. The Elm Street was our home for over 7 years and we are happy to offer this convenient central location to people visiting Tucson from all over the world.
