We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was wonderful. The house is quiet. Lots of birds, peaceful and centrally located. I highly recommend this place.

Jen and Bill have a lovely home and I appreciated the kind gestures on arrival after a long flight from England. It was a great base for the two months I was in Tucson. Just a short bus ride from the university and a safe and quiet neighborhood. The garden next to the residence was always so peaceful. Throughout my stay communication with the host was very prompt and helpful, no matter how small the query. Thank you for a great stay!

Elm Street Guesthouse is a very nice spot for one or two near the U of A and UMC hospital. Very comfortable, well equipped, good wifi service, nice kitchen. Downstairs living room / kitchen upstairs bedroom loft with desk. Comfortable large bed, nice sheets and towels. Nicely landscaped. I did not meet the owners but check-in was easy and all questions answered. I hope to stay there on a future visit.

Private little hideaway in a great location. Easy access to everything you would need for a short or long stay. Cute loft cottage with plenty of room inside for comfort. Kitchen and dining are great for home cooked meals. Jen & Bill were very accommodating with the check in/out process. Jen provided the trust and privacy appreciated to make it a great getaway week and was always available by phone if needed. A very nice place to stay when in Tucson.

The Elm Street Guest cottage is very cute and quite a bit larger than the pictures show. It also has a cute courtyard where it is nice to eat breakfast in the morning sun. The cottage is just down the road from the Arizona Inn which has a nice restaurant. It is also within walking distance (a long walk) to the University of Arizona with its many bars and restaurants. We brought our bikes and were able to get everywhere quickly and safely.

Jen and Bill are AMAZING. Jen was concerned about the temperature in the guest house and made sure to message me the week of my stay to ensure I would be comfortable with the set-up. Upon arrival, the place was immaculate. Lights were on. Waters in the fridge. Cozy and cool. I was only here two nights, and I wished I could have stayed longer. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the landscaping was really great. I'll be visiting my niece a few times I'm sure during her time at U of A, and if the Elm Street Guesthouse is available, I will absolutely book again. Thanks so much!

Very nice cottage in a good neighborhood. This was our first experience with Airbnb, and we were very happy that Jen and Bill made this so easy.

My husband, Bill, and I have been married for 13 years. We are both originally from New York, but have lived in Tucson for over 10 years. We both attended the University of Arizona and graduated in 1991. Bill is currently an Electrical Engineer in the solar power industry. I am a former attorney and currently a part-time stay at home mom with our two children, Maddie (11) and William (6) as well as a real estate agent and manager of our 3 vacation rental properties. The Elm Street was our home for over 7 years and we are happy to offer this convenient central location to people visiting Tucson from all over the world.
