I have a super cute 1 bedroom vintage apartment in a 6 unit building in a really cute neighborhood of San Diego. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, and record player. You will love this little unique accommodation.
My cozy apartment has a lot of unique charm and personal touch that reflect years of my experiences--go ahead snoop around. Good books, good flicks, good vinyl--what else can you ask for? Oh yeah, a half a block from awesome restaurants and bars.
You have a full kitchen, bathroom, queen size bed, internet
None or I am happy to meet. Whatever your preference.
It is very unique and charming full of culture. There is thai food, vegetarian, an all american restaurant called Parkhouse, great bars, an awesome art space, and super friendly people, oh yeah and a great cafe and bakery.
You bet there is, bus stop half a block away, you can walk to places too....
I was happy to stay here, it was cozy as advertised, very clean, and the street traffic was relatively quiet. Conveniently located/easily accessed from 8 and 163, too.
Danielle's place was exactly like in the photos, quirky and cute with a real homely feel to it. Danielle was very flexible with check in /out and was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the place on both days.
The apartment has a superb location, everything is literally around the corner: bus service to downtown / little Italy, a whole bunch of restaurants and cafes, laundromat, liquor store. parking easily available on the street as well.
Overall very pleasant stay and would definitely re-visit whenever we're in San Diego again. Thanks Danielle!
Wonderful apartment! Street parking wasn't too hard, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet at night. To echo everyone else's comments: the vinyl player adds a really nice touch!
This apartment is indeed an awesome find: cozy, beautiful, just around the corner from a bunch of shops and restaurants in University Heights. Danielle is a great host - everything we needed was provided. I loved her record player and record collection, and I feel like I already miss George, the goldfish,
Cute Charming Cozy Apt is cute, cozy and clean. George the fish nods when you talk with him. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood yet is far enough from the main street to have a residential feel. However, the walls and ceiling allow noise from adjacent units to be heard.
We had a wonderful time staying in Danielle's adorable abode. Everything we could need was easily available: wifi, kitchen supplies, towels and a very comfortable bed.
Danielle was there in spirit, via text, for any questions we had. She made us feel welcome and cared for, while respecting our privacy.
Looking for some gluten free food near by? Give Bahn Thai a try! Pad Thai with gluten free soy sauce FTW!
Danielle is a great host. We never met but she helped us get in and out smoothly. Her place was exactly as shown in the pictures and located right next to the University Heights entrance sign. Super convenient and safe to walk around her area even around midnight. Made our first airBNB experience great!
Cute Charming Cozy, the description fits to the letter! Danielle was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. I highly recommend her apartment to my fellow AirBnB'ers!!!
As advertised, Danielle's place was cute, clean and well located. The bed was comfy and internet connection fast. We felt right at home and enjoyed the charming decor. Her place is within walking distance to the best of University Heights’ coffee, restaurants and bar scene. Hillcrest 's farmer's market was only a short drive away.
Danielle's apartment was perfect. Just the right size and she was an amazing and extremely responsive host. There are some great restaurants one block away and the location was central to everything I needed. George, the fish, was excellent company!
