Our spacious house is a wonderful place to call home base while in Cleveland.
We are two blocks from the heart of the Gordon Square Arts District which contains several boutique shops, a wonderful coffee shop and two great theaters.
Your room is inviting, with a double bed, a large window, and a ceiling fan. Our living room has two large couches and you'll have access to our television which has local tv stations and Netflix. We have one shared bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer that are available for your use. Our sizable front porch is wonderful for relaxing and people watching.
Guests have access to most of our house: the private bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, shared bathroom, and front and back porches.
We interact as much or as little as you like. We can give you complete privacy or enjoy a glass of wine together...the choice is yours.
Check in is set at 6pm, because most likely one of us will be off work by then and can meet you. Check out is at 2pm. These times aren't set in stone, so if they don't work for you, just let us know. We're flexible.
We are two blocks from the heart of the Gordon Square Arts District featuring the Capitol Movie Theater and Cleveland Public Theater. Don't forget to get a fountain soda or ice cream from Sweet Moses.

Jim and Mike were excellent hosts! We drove to Cleveland from Milwaukee for a concert and Jim was incredibly flexible and understanding of our last minute trip plans. The stay went smoothly from beginning to end. Privacy when needed and Jim and Mike were very gracious inviting us to be included on their activities. Jim's cats were a wonderful welcoming comittee. We had a great stay! Would stay with Jim again in a heart beat.
Jim took us in at the last minute, and had all the basics covered. Easy parking, very reasonably priced, and a short drive to the West 25th Street Neighborhood.
The place was nice, clean and a great atmosphere. Would stay here again. Jim was an excellent source of information for the city/surrounding area. Thanks again!
Jim and Mike were excellent hosts. It was snowing when we arrived in Cleveland and Jim went out of his way to pick us up at the airport--that was especially nice since our flight arrived several hours late.
Their place is super convenient, clean, and very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better experiences and I would definitely recommend staying with Jim and Mike.
My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving, and had a great experience. It was very cold and snowy outside, but lovely and warm inside. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and spacious. Jim was a kind and generous host; he offered us a glass of wine on arrival, and we also enjoyed the freedom of making our own oatmeal, toast, etc for breakfast. The two cats are friendly and cute. The bedroom was quiet at night, no traffic noise, and no meowing from the cats! The neighborhood is interesting, with several restaurants within walking distance. Jim provides a very thorough "guide" to the house which unfortunately I did not see until later (my fault). Jim and Michael were fun and interesting to talk to. All in all, a great experience, and we would stay there again.
Jim's place was perfect! So close to downtown and a such a cute house! He is a great host as well! When we return to Cleveland for our next adventure, we will certainly choose Jim's place again! Oh and the beautiful cats are a pleasant welcome!
Jim was a great host. Though I did not spend much time at his home, he was very accommodating. His home was comfortable and clean. This was my first airbnb experience and it was great.
Jim is the man.
Jim was an AMAZING host. I am bummed that I did not get to meet Mike as I had to get up very early and leave in the morning. The home and area were exactly what I needed for a little get-away. Jim made sure I had everything I needed and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. I hope to schedule a visit to the area again soon!
A GREAT place to stay. Checkin went flawlessly - a big plus! The house was wonderful: warm and welcoming, as was our host. We had free run of Jim and Mike's two-story home, including the comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath/shower, and had two very engaging kitties to keep us entertained. Their home was nicely decorated and spotless. An unexpected breakfast of pastries, fruit and coffee were left for us in the morning. JIm and Mike's house is a very short walk through a nice neighborhood to Gordon Square Arts District, with restaurants and shops galore. Highly recommended: The Gypsy Beans & Bakery and Spice restaurant, both just moments away. Thanks to Mike and Jim for a great stay. They do Air BnB right.
