The space
Kanaloa 1903 is a two-level penthouse with internal stairs leading up to the elevated main level — and it's this height that delivers the breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept main level features the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and modern appliances, and the spacious master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, also with a king bed, offers a private retreat on the main level. Upstairs, a cozy loft with two twin beds is perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step out to your private oceanfront lanai for morning coffee or sunset cocktails — the sound of the waves is constant and mesmerizing. The kitchen has everything you need, and our coffee bar comes stocked with Keurig pods, local Kona coffee, and morning supplies to start your day right. We provide beach equipment so you're ready from the moment you arrive: beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and beach towels.

Covered, reserved parking is provided. A parking pass and gate card are given to you at check-in at the front desk.
