This unit can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, the apt has one bedroom with one Queen -sized bed, as well pull-out couch in the living room that accommodates 2 people. It is a NON SMOKING UNIT
Full size kitchen with wooden cabinets and black granite counter tops, updated bathroom, very nicely decorated and fully functional.
The building is gated, has washer & dryer into the building, fully furnished with Cable & plasma TV, Air Conditioning .parking up on request
And it also offers internet service and parking if needed free.
Only 10 Minutes from the Miami international airport .

1)Thank you very much for choosing our unit in South Beach for your "short stay". We hope you will have a great time.
2)We would like to give you some information that we need from you to make your visit and check in going to be smooth and easy one!!
4)Please provide us with flight information and time of arrival to the airport (Miami or Fort Lauderdale).
5)Please try to call us when you land (if you fly) or if you drive at least 45 minutes prior arriving to the building to insure that we don’t wait longer than necessary for each other.
6)The best way is to call us again or text us when you pick up the Baggage. We have the WHAT’S UP application that you could use to text free of charge, let us know when YOU ARE already driving your rental car or are in the taxi towards South Beach.
No shoes/ no towels or any items are allowed to be display or hanging outside of the unit. No towels are allowed to be taking to the Beach.
Upon default or at the expiration of this occupancy agreement whichever occurs first, All guests and visitors shall quit and surrender the premises hereby demised in a clean and presentable condition in as good state and condition as they were at the commencement of this agreement. Guest may receive, at the owner’s discretion, a late check-out extension not to exceed three (3) hour in writing. In event that guest stays past the allowed check-out deadline, guest agrees to pay a $50.00 hour fine for each hour past the deadline time and will be responsible for any re-arrangements required for next expected check/in guest if any.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS CONDO, NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10 PM, NOSMOKING INSIDE, NO UNDER AGE DRINKING, CONDO MUST BE KEPT CLEAN, ALL LINENS, DISHES AND CUTLERY ARE PROVIDED, TABLE PLACE SETTING IS AVAILABLE FOR 4 PEOPLE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING MORE, ALL TOWELS AND LINENS ARE TO BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO DEPARTURE AND PLACED IN THE BEDROOM . TOWELS ARE TO BE USED FOR DRYING OFF ONLY, NEVER AS FLOOR MATS, CLEANING UP MESSES, AND/OR REMOVAL OF MAKE UP. IF TOWELS OR LINENS ARE STILL STAINED AFTER LAUNDRY SERVICE, THE REPLACEMENT COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT; INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO FURNITURE, DECORATIVE PILLOWS, BEDDING AND RUGS. TRASH REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST, ANY WORK AND/OR TIME INVOLVED IN RESTORING THE CONDO TO ITS USUAL CONDITION WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $ 25 HOURLY RATE. THIS RATE IS NO INCLUSIVE OF ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED.
Liability – Guest agrees to indemnify the owner(s), for any and all liabilities arising from any injury, which may be befall on the guest or guest’s visitor’s staff, invitees, as a result of guest’s use of the home. In the event that said action is brought against the owner(s) as a result of guest or guest’s visitors, staff, invitees, etc. at the owner’s home then guest shall personally pay for all cost incurred by owner, including but not limited to, any remedies or judgments, which may be rewarded, and owner’s reasonable attorney’s fees.
Security Deposit - Deposit shall be held in accordance with F.S. 83.49 and returned or retained from said guest in conformity with the requirements of said law. A $150.00 security deposit will be held by (website hidden) as an offset for any damages to the owner’s property as a direct result of guest or visitors use of owner’s home. The Amount used to pay for any damages will be determined by the owner at owner’s sole and reasonable discretion. These damages receipts for items or repairs will be supplied to the guest by the owner, as proof of repair or replacement of items that were directly damaged as a result of guest or visitors at the owner’s home. In event that damages exceed $150.00 then guest and/or client personally warrants being responsible for said loss and guarantees to pay the owner within 30 day the determined amount. In the event that guest feels owner is not reasonable in his determination of damage amounts then guest may, at guest’s sole expense, pay the appraisal (said appraiser must be approved of by the owner at the owner’s discretion) to determine the amount of damages.
In the event there is no damage to property, airbnb shall refund said $150.00 deposit at the time they stipulate in their contract.

We had a great time at this apartment. The location is great! It is clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in south beach
We had a pleasant stay at this airbnb. It came with parking, which made it very convenient. It is centrally located near the restaurants and the beach. Some maps in the house and location of grocery stores, restaurants would have been useful, though there were enough helpful folks in the streets to guide us. Alex was very prompt, and interactions with him went smoothly.
Apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to the beach, close to restaurants and publix supermarket. Highly recommended!
Great place to stay a couple of nights in South beach. It took about 7–10 minute to walk to the beach, and there's a lot of great restaurants in Collins ave., just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Everything worked great with Alex, we could rearrange our arrival without any problems. The apartment was clean and fresh. The only thing that really didn't worked was the wifi, you had to go outside to get a decent connection.
Loved it! My Miami friends said the location was great and they could live there. That says a lot since it was my first time there. Will definitely return
