We are focusing on long terms rays at this time. Great restaurants nearby - Hattie B's Hot Chicken & Frothy Monkey are only .6 miles. You’ll love its location near Centennial Hospital and St. Thomas for those w/ family having procedures or for temporary nursing needs. We have multiple days set aside i between stays for deep cleaning.

My house is small, 600 sqft but it is freshly painted and clean.

The space
The Nations is an area in Nashville that is growing in popularity. Great restaurants are nearby but its also extremely convenient to downtown. Wifi included and basic tv package. Channels can be added at guests expense for longer stays.

Other things to note
My house has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking (of any kind) will require a $150 cleaning fee to ozone the house. This is the only way to ensure the next guests have a clean and healthy environment. My home is not 420 friendly.

Neighborhood highlights

My neighborhood is really convenient to all of the new retail and restaurants popping up in The Nations. It is also just down Charlotte from the hospital area, St. Thomas Mid-Town and Centennial Hospital.
