This spacious two-level property comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests with 8 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for added comfort and privacy, features a media room and private room. Recently redecorated and thoughtfully designed with unique details, this home offers an unforgettable and comfortable stay by the ocean. Perfect for a memorable vacation, the property is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
This spacious two-level home accommodates up to 19 guests, offering ample space and privacy for families or groups traveling together. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The main level features a master bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and in-suite bathroom along with an additional guest bathroom by the common area. The upper level includes six bedrooms, all with in-suite bathrooms- Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and the only bathtub in the home in the bathroom; Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed (queen/twin), Bedroom 4 includes a king bed, Bedroom offers a king bed, a beautiful ocean view and a small private terrace and Bedroom 6 is a connecting room with a sliding door, furnished with one king bed and two bunk beds (four twin beds total). This level also features a media room with a large TV and sound system, as well as a comfortable ocean-view terrace at the end of the floor.
The home features a large, well-appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing meals throughout the day, along with a spacious dining area where everyone can gather comfortably. Coffee lovers will enjoy the dedicated coffee station with a coffee maker, pod machine, and French press. There is also a large TV and a comfortable couch, ideal for movie nights or watching your favorite sports.
Step outside to the private pool, where you can relax and enjoy stunning ocean views—perfect for unwinding during the day or spending peaceful evenings by the water. The outdoor terrace includes a BBQ area, dining table, sun loungers, and a comfortable couch, offering multiple seating options for everyone.

Baby equipment (Pack’n Play and high chair) is available for rent upon request. Please contact us in advance to check availability.
PETS ALLOWED: This home allows only 1 pet under 10 kg (22 lb). Please provide additional information such as breed, age and weight for previous approval. Also, it requires a Pet Deposit amount which will be returned if no damage is reported.
Please note renting a car is highly recommended for this property, it will give you more flexibility to drive around town and access this rental. Golf carts are not suitable for reaching this property.
LATE CHECK IN FEE: A $30 late check-in fee will be applied to guests arriving after 6 pm, a $50 late check-in fee will be applied after 9 pm in cash.

Near are other beaches like Playas del Coco, Playa Ocotal, Playa Panama and Peninsula de Papagayo. Just about 40 minutes drive from the International Liberia Airport in Guanacaste.
