ROOFTOP STUDIO IN SAINT-PAUL le Marais
NON SMOKING apartment.
Very charming for 1 or 2 person (couples only, no kids).
IMPORTANT: April 2015 - price is lower as I have an issue in the bathroom. There is a hole in the ceiling, it was supposed to be fixed but the apartment is old and there is more to be done (new structure for the ceiling), it will be done ASAP but has to be approved by the insurance. Not a big issue for your stay but not very nice to see.
Should be finxed byt the end of April 2015.
Check in and out is flexible.
Please let me know your arrival and departure time.
The STUDIO is located on the 5th and last floor (6th US floor), under the roof (beware it can be very hot in summer and no air conditioning).

Carole's apartment is in a great location and it has a lot of character for a bohemian stay overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Carole makes the arrival process very easy and you have the Marais and central Paris right at your doorstep. You will enjoy this if you like the idea of creative, dreamy Paris and are not too fussy about climbing some stairs every day and climbing a ladder to get into bed. We loved having two desk spaces too so we could both do some work.
This place was a perfect landing nest for Paris. The location was superb. As a single woman, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. The apartment is cosy and is wonderful to come home to after a long day of ambling the streets of Paris. It is just a five minute walk away from Le Seine, Notre Dame, and a small little farmer's market. It was all I needed.
We stayed at Carole's apartment for a weekend visit to Paris in February 2015. The apartment was tidy, had lots of character and the location was simply fantastic. It is located 30 seconds from Saint Paul Metro and in the centre of Le Marais, a really nice area of Paris with great cafés, restaurants and bars. Carole was a great host and was on call for any needs we had, she also provided us with a very helpful pre visit pack with directions lots of tips for the best bars and restaurants which didn't disappoint! We would highly recommend staying at Carole's apartment and would not hesitate staying here should we visit Paris again in the future.
c'est un studio charmant, très fonctionnel et propre
avec un emplacement idéal au coeur du Marais
Carole fait en sorte que tout se passe bien
5 flights up sounds like some good ol' fashion exercise to me. Laundry drying in the living room? Hey at least you know the sheets and towels are clean. Carole made the whole process of getting in so smooth (all the way from China). She even followed up to make sure we were settled and if we needed anything. All I'm gonna say is when you're in the apartment just WATCH YOUR STEP! You'll know what I mean when you get there.
Carole was fantastic! It was very easy to find the apartment, and really easy to get in. Carole was very responsive, and even though I didn't have any issues she still messaged to make sure everything was ok. The neighborhood is the best in Paris - definitely stay here!
