A gorgeous space, ideal for a holiday gateway in Bariloche. Everything you need in a cozy, well designed and pretty cabin. Guests can experience a peaceful feeling of comfort, simplicity and beauty.

The space
This 270 sq. ft. tiny house has all the amenities of home just in smaller size. It is an open, light, peaceful and private retreat perfect for up to 3 people.

The house features a cozy upstairs bedroom with a double bed and windows that let in the fresh air and look out onto the garden. There is also a single bedroom downstairs for a third person.
The living room, kitchen and dining area are combined into one room with a wood burning fireplace.

The house is designed to stay cool in summers, and cozy and warm in the winters.
It is tucked away toward the side portion of the main property with it's own private back patio, own parking and shared garden space. During the day the space fills with light. The windows are strategically placed to keep the space feeling open and provide privacy from the main house that is located in the left portion of the property.

Incredibly quiet and convenient location. It is located almost halfway between downtown Bariloche and Llao Llao Hotel, right off the main road. Nearby the house you can find everything you need, including a café, craft beers bars, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. There is also a nice beach just down the road.

Hello! Noi Somos Demian y Martin. We have lived in Bariloche for more than 15 years (Demian from chiquito) and we love this place. We really enjoyed going to the mountain for skiing, going for a walk on new trails, photographing and bird watching. We live very intensely every season of the year. We also enjoy traveling both in Argentina and abroad and as well as managing rentals through Airbnb in Bariloche, we also use it a lot every time we travel. We think it's a great way to get to know new places and live a more genuine experience. Hi! We are Demian and Martin. We have been living in Bariloche for over 15 years and we love this place. We love traveling both within Argentina and overseas, biking, walking, skiing, snowboarding and bird watching.
