Quaint studio in downtown Palo Alto

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Emerson Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301, United States

A beautiful (larger) studio on third floor of a converted home. Equipped with fully stocked kitchen (gast stove, oven, full fridge, toaster, etc) bathroom, living area, DVDs, PS3, stereo system, and great neighbors! Just a 5 minute walk to University Avenue with lots of bars and restaurants!

The Space

The space is lovely and cozy. I have lived here for almost 3 years and am not planning on moving. I have a 3 person leather couch facing a 46in LCD HDTV and stereo system in the "living area". Also in the living area is a queen sized bed with very comfortable sheets and comforter. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook up a nice meal -- pots, pans, plates, utensils, cutting board, cups, spices, etc. There is a stove with four burners and oven, a toaster oven, and lots of counter space. The bathroom is clean with a shower over a tub...and the basics.

Guest Access

Plenty of street parking in a very safe neigborhood. Guests also have access to washers and dryers on the premise.

Interaction with Guests

Once we make arrangements, please feel free to call me on my cell.

The Neighborhood

Safe, nice neighbors, great park a few blocks away, and great dining, drinking, and entertainment on Unviersity Avenue.

  • Great apartment! I stayed here for a few days while on business around Palo Alto and the surrounding areas. It was so central and such a nice place to stay. It's a 5 minute walk from University Ave in Palo Alto with plenty of bustling restaurants, bars and cafes. It's equally close to the Caltrain station. The place itself is perfectly suited to any guest and has everything you need. I'll definitely stay here again! Thanks Saied!

Hello, I recently moved back to California after living in a various cities accross the USA. While it was a fun experience over 5 years, i sure am glad to back in CA -- especially the Bay Area. I am very much into adventure sports and exploring the natural world. The bay area provides seemingly unlimited access to nautrue trails, mountain biking, wineries, restaurants, bars, beaches, etc, etc....all the stuff any person would love! I invite you to stay in my apartment and enjoy what the area has to offer...even the small town of Palo Alto. I live downtown in a very safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, wine bars, sports bars, an indie theatre, and the classic Stanford Theatre. Shopping is also plentiful here with boutiques in Downtown Palo Alto, to the Stanford Shopping Center offering department stores and high-end fashion. Let me know if you have any questions!
