Design appartement completely furnished & equipped to accommodate 2 people comfortably. The flat is located in the heart of the 2nd district close to le Sentier & le Marais.
The area is great, lively and you will find plenty of bars and restaurants in the famous Rue Montorgueil just 30s away.
There is a double living room, an open kitchen, a master bedroom and a coach.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Paris, in the 2nd district.
The apartment has an open kitchen in the living room. The other queen size bed is located in the master bedroom located next to the living room. Comfortably sleeps 2.
Fresh towels & sheets provided- and toiletries for each of the guests.
There are 4 flights of stairs to access the apartment, with no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues might have a problem. The staircase is narrow as in a typical Parisian building in this kind of old district.
The flat is extremely close to many of the great things Paris has to offer.

Neighborhood highlights

The second district is extremely central.
You are a few stops away only from all the cool neighborhoods such as Le Marais, and even the most turistic places: Le Louvres, le Jardin des Tuileries....
Because we are 2min away from the very famous and vibrant street Rue Montorgueil and because mainly local Parisians are living there, the neighborhood may be a bit lively in the summer, mostly on the weekends. From May to July when it is peak tourist season and Summer, the restaurants right around the corner, on Rue Tiquetonne, set up tables outside (bars are not allowed to have activity outdoors in this neighborhood).
It is a very nice place to enjoy a drink under the sun and live like a local.
