Practice Facilities: Like most championship courses in The Villages, it offers a pro shop, putting greens, and hitting stations.

The "Vibe": Because it is in one of the more established areas of The Villages, the trees are more mature (lots of oaks, which fits your "Live Oaks" theme!), and the atmosphere is generally more relaxed than the newer, busier squares to the south.

It is located very close to the The Villages Regional Hospital and the Spanish Springs area, making it a convenient central meeting point for residents living in the older, established wards.

Other things to note
Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party.
We do not allow smoking in the house.
Pool service comes typically on Tuesdays and will need access to clean the pool.
There are security cameras in the front and the rear of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.
Golf cart use is included with the rental with a signed waiver. The golf cart key will be in a lockbox in the garage.
The pool is maintained every Monday morning so please be aware.
There is a charcoal grill on site.
