This contemporary, updated upper unit has a spacious bedroom, large bath, window AC and an open floor plan in kitchen and living room. The apartment features exposed brick, hardwood floors and stainless appliances. Conveniently located one block from UWS and offers lots off-street parking.

The space
This beautiful apartment comes complete with everything you need. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishware, drinkware, flatware & linens. Garbage bags, dish soap & paper towels also provided. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, microwave.

The bedroom features a queen bed with linens, window AC unit and ceiling fan.

Bathroom linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap provided.

Other things to note
Available for families, but crib, highchair, etc. not provided. Property is also not child proofed. Apartment is on the second floor and accessed by stairs.
