This version of the home is the smaller, modified version for smaller groups of up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms (one upstairs and one in the basement) will be locked off during your stay. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8. this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
