Frequent buses right in front of house, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple private studio apartment with free garage parking (only fit small car. Can not use car after parking. Must arrive before 3pm and check out at 10am)
Step outside the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views.
To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up based on guests you booked. (Room will be very tight)
Not fit for light sleepers.
No kitchen! Many restaurants and delis nearby.

Other things to note
I love to travel, and know what I want during the trips. Some time I spent thousands of dollars for hotel ( like Sydney Opera view, Sweden Ice Hotel etc) but most time I save money for food and other things instead of spent on hotel. After years of travel, I realized the best for travelers is a safe cozy place to stay, an easy commuting, of course a good price! That's why I host on Airbnb ! This private studio apartment fits from solo to a family of 4. Please do not use daybed if you didn’t book for 3rd or 4th guest. Thank you!

Set up time for me to open garage for your car, only on arrival and departure day. You can not use car during your stay. If you need to use your car during stay, suggest you book paid parking space in advance.
Quiet time is 10pm to 9am.

Replacement for umbrella is $10. Thank you.
