While staying on the island we discovered we needed to quickly move to a new place. Even though it was a holiday, we received a fast reply from Bob and we were able to move in the next day. Thank you, Bob! Bob answered all of our questions very promptly as we made the move. He even arranged for a baby cot to be delivered on the day we arrived. The property is up in the hills and is extremely beautiful and quiet. Because it is a steep walk down to the town and back, we spent much of our time relaxing around the property and enjoying the pool. There is a driver, however, on the premises who can give you a ride pretty much whenever you'd like to go somewhere, and we were glad to have him since we arrived hungry and also needed to stock the refrigerator. Laundry wasn't a concern either because it was done right there. The staff is beyond helpful, efficient and friendly. As a side note, we paid our driver and also paid to have our laundry done, but those services are very inexpensive and we were grateful for the convenience. Our transportation to the airport was arranged for us the day before we left, and we were picked up on time in a large, comfortable van by a friendly driver. We truly enjoyed relaxing here during our last week in Samui.

Amazing stay in paradise. Having this beautiful haven from the heat and rush of the downtown area was the best decision we made on vacation. The place itself is gorgeous, clean, well-maintained, and communication was easy and consistent. We recommend renting a car if you plan to do site-seeing as walking from the top of the hill where the home is located isn't convenient. Renting a car is super easy and once you have it, parking is perfect at Kalara and easy to find around Samui. We had such an amazing time- thanks for everything.
