Welcome to The Grizzly den, a peaceful retreat with a private patio backing to nature and stargazing. Relax in the hot tub, cozy up by the gas fireplace, or gather in the open kitchen and spacious living area with family and friends. Walk five minutes to the sports center, outdoor pickleball courts, and miles of hiking and biking trails with a seven-mountain view. The master suite features a plush mattress, large tub, and shower. The house is well stocked for fun, relaxation, and entertainment.

Cancellation Policy
Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation. We can offer you a reschedule to another date, within 5 months of the original reservation, if needed. If you are making your reservation for summertime months please be aware of the risk of wildfire smoke in the surrounding areas impacting air quality. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance with your transaction to protect you if needed. Please reach out directly if you have any questions.
*Please note, a full refund is defined as 96.5% of the amount - there will be a charge of 3.5% processing fees
