Great location. Just steps to Magazine and Napoleon parade routes, shopping, restaurants and more! Its small but everything you will need. Has full kitchen. Converted from an old carriage house so its not attached to any other living spaces so noise is not an issue.

It's a small studio but it's really adorable. It's been converted from an old carriage house, so it's really old and has that New Orleans charm to it.

Once I meet you to check you in I don't reckon we'll have any interaction at all unless you want a drinking buddy.

Just off Magazine street. Really close to great shopping, restaurants and parades if its that time of year.

Just one block from the magazine st bus that will take you anywhere from Audubon park to downtown! 6 blocks to the st charles streetcar.

  • Kami was absolutely wonderful! She made checking in and out so very simple, being completely flexible. The studio was so adorable and perfect for the two of us. It was actually even cuter in person than in the pictures, if that's possible. The location was more than ideal, we were able to walk anywhere or take the easy to use public transportation that is right around the corner. It was especially convenient with there being an ample amount of parking since we drove from FL. There were so many cute restaurants, pubs and shops in the same neighborhood which made it so fun. Although we weren't in the studio much, it was nice at night to come back and watch from the vast collection of DVD's Kami had there. This will for sure be our go-to place anytime we come into town!

  • Kami (email hidden). Rainstorms delayed our arrival by three hours, but she was at the gate waiting when we arrived. The apartment was clean and cozy and out front is a fenced patio perfect for a pup. There was plenty of street parking to, which was crucial since we were pulling a trailer.

  • Kami (email hidden)! Her place was perfectly sized for my husband and I, right in the middle if everything. We brought our bikes and it was super easy to bike all over the city from the flat. But, unless we forced ourselves, we might never have left the neighborhood! Fun, eclectic place with great little shops, restaurants, and bars but quiet and residential too. Kami gave us since great tips on local spots to eat and drink. She was really nice and friendly, and took my husband's advice on her garden, which of course pleased him immensely :-) all in all, a fantastic experience! My only heads-up would be that since it is her own personal apartment, there isn't anywhere to unpack your clothes, so just be aware you will be living out of your suitcase.

  • Kami is an excellent host. Great communication. The studio is clean, cute and in style that very much resonates with the city. Perfect size for two. Great location. We really enjoyed our time in New Orleans. Thanks Kami!

  • Kami (email hidden)! Her studio is very clean, cute and was bigger than we expected from the photos. The location of the studio was also a big plus. One block away from the bus stop which we took to Jazz Fest. Walking distance from great restaurants and shops. Her and her neighbors were all very sweet and welcoming. We had the best time and wished we could have stayed longer!

  • Kami (email hidden). Super flexible with check in, very laid back and generally super-awesome to deal with. The place is small but the perfect size for anyone visiting New Orleans just wanting a place to lay their head. The location is right by the bus line and only a short walk from a fun street full of bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is fun, safe and friendly. Kami also gave us some helpful advice on places to go out and visit.

  • We had a lovely time in Kami's apartment in New Orleans for Jazzfest. The apartment was exactly how it was pictured and described. Very nice and clean with everything you're going to need. Perfect for two people.

We've been to New Orleans many times, and this was our first time staying in this neighborhood, which we loved. Super close to Magazine Street and lots of eating/drinking/shopping options. Close to several bus lines to take you anywhere in the city you need to go (including Jazzfest - way cheaper and easier than taxis or the official shuttle).

Kami was great to deal with before, during, and after. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Staying at Kami's place was perfect for my trip. The neighborhood was safe and very convenient and it was also rather easy to get to other parts of the city from there. The apartment itself was perfect, with everything I needed.

  • We had a great time staying at Kami's place. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. There was easy street parking, and it was close to public transportation (and about a $15 cab ride to french quarter). We loved the shops and restaurants on magazine street. The place was perfect for two. We cooked dinner one night and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to New Orleans.

  • The apartment was very nice. It is on the smaller side but perfect for 2-3 people. Kami has everything you need already including towels, a bus schedule, PLENTY of DVD's to watch, and just about anything else. She was extremely easy to reach if we needed anything at all. The bus is only 2 blocks away and a quick ride to downtown New Orleans. I would definitely stay here again.

About
I'm originally from Florida but now I live in the GREAT city of New Orleans. Moving here was the best decision I have ever made. The people here are so nice there are always tons of activities, I just love it! I have 3 jobs so I'm always working but if I ever have free time you'll probably find me at the local dive bar catching up with friends.
