This spacious 1,600 sq. ft. 2BD/1BA duplex comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Upstairs, you'll find a king and queen bedroom.

🚗 Parking: You have 2 designated parking spots plus ample street parking available.

👶 Childproofing: This home has not been specially childproofed. While we do provide baby gates and outlet protectors (which may be removed before your arrival), guests accept the risk to any children or infants on the property. Additional outlet covers are in the kitchen drawers.


🐾 PET POLICY

🐶 Dogs are welcome! We allow up to 2 dogs maximum during your stay.

💵 The non-refundable pet accommodation fee is:

$250 per month for 1 dog

$375 per month for 2 dogs

🧼 This fee helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance to keep the home comfortable for all guests.



👀 IN-PERSON INSPECTIONS

🏡 To ensure a safe and high-quality experience for all guests, we reserve the right to conduct in-person inspections if we suspect a violation of house rules or in the case of urgent maintenance issues.

🔧 Examples include things like water leaks, electrical problems, or other time-sensitive concerns requiring immediate attention.

📆 We will always provide at least 24 hours’ notice before entering the property, unless there’s an emergency that requires immediate access.
