A spectacular location near many famous surfing breaks (Colorado, Amarillo, San Juan, Popoyo, etc). The house also includes options for private yoga, massage, surf lessons, deep sea fishing excursions, and even private transportation by land or sea!

* Transportation via Boat to San Juan Del Sur - $200 round trip
*Personal training, guided fitness and hikes ($40 per hour)

From the host
Great quiet gated community is secure and safe. It is a 20 minute walk on shaded trails to the town of Gigante with a few bars and restaurants. It is also 35 minutes via boat from San Juan. If you would like to arrange a boat to pick you up please let us know!
