Luxury oceanfront home located at Falmouth Town Landing in Falmouth Foreside steps to the beach.  The home has been completely renovated and is available for rent for the first time ever beginning Summer 2017. Three levels of living offer comfortable accommodations for up to 8. Strict occupancy rules apply.  

The home has been designed and transformed into a modern chic space by James Light Interiors.  

- Main Level -

Main level offers radiant heat, a/c, custom kitchen, viking appliances, Ortal gas fireplace, European oak wide plank waxed floors, 1/2 bath and laundry. Living room offers plenty of seating and large 65" flat panel tv.  Dining offers seating for 6 and kitchen offer bar seating for 2.   Floor to ceiling windows offer a commanding view of the ocean and Town Landing beach.

Living Room slider door leads to spacious outdoor deck with sophisticated stainless steel railings and glass panels designed by Rusted Puffin Metalworks. The deck offers a wonderful area to enjoy the commanding views of Casco Bay, catch some rays, or have a glass of wine with friends.  

- Lower Level -

Walking down the custom built steel staircase designed by Rusted Puffin Metalworks to the lower level offers a second living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with custom tile shower, living room with flat panel tv and easy access to outdoor hardscape area.  The limestone patio area offering more than 900 sq feet of living offers privacy, a fire pit with granite benches, chaise lounge chairs, dining table and seating for 6 as well as a gas grill.  There is a hot tub for 6 tucked around the corner of the patio as an added bonus.

Bedroom 1 offers queen bed with high quality linens along with a custom closet system for comfortable storage.

The lower level living room boasts an American Leather sofa providing a comfortable king pullout.   A 65" Samsung TV is great for the gang to watch their favorite movies and sporting events.  A game table and seating for 4 round out the space.  A desk is set up for those days when a bit of work is required.

- Primary Suite -

Walk up the custom staircase to the primary suite.  Suite offers radiant heat, a/c, European oak floors, king bed, desk area, 40" flat panel tv, and 2 swivel seats to enjoy the views in private.  A custom built in offer additional storage along with a beautiful bench seat.

Primary bathroom offers custom shower and sophisticated carrara marble details. 

Home is direct oceanfront owning 60 feet of some of Maine`s best coastline, access to Town Landing docks, and boat mooring. Hop in your boat or on some paddle boards. Home is conveniently located near all Falmouth amenities, 10 Minutes to downtown Portland, Portland Yacht Club, and near golf courses.

Where I went to school: UNH and Tufts
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and English, I moved to Washington, DC to work for Merrill Lynch in the Private Client Group. In 2000, I left Merrill Lynch to travel the world for a year before moving back to Maine to work for Fairchild Semiconductor where I assisted in the management of software upgrades. During this time, I began a masters program at Tufts University in Medford, MA. In 2005, I left Fairchild to pursue my entrepreneurial spirit in real estate and opened Apex Luxury Rentals. I am the Designated Broker at Apex Real Estate Group, a member of the Portland Board of Realtors, and a member of the Portland Landlord Association. I enjoy working with investors who are focused on acquiring property based on rational investment returns and provide the property management after the sale which is the real key to successful and responsible property ownership. I live in Falmouth and travel often to Naples, Florida. Both personally and professionally I support numerous local charities including the Alzheimer’s Association, Winter Kids, Seeds of Independence, and the Falmouth Food Pantry. In my free time I enjoy paddle boarding, Orange Theory Fitness, and reading. I am an avid collector of art, especially art by local Maine artists.
