Green Palm Cottage is located on the property of our personal residence. If you want a private getaway, this is the spot! Close to everything , but with the sense of seclusion on our lush, eye-catching property, nestled at the end of our brick paved driveway. Spacious studio with Queen bed, comfy sofa etc.
Skip the extra luggage fees - we provide everything you need~ washer/dryer, beach towels, beach sheet, beach equipment, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, bikes & more.
No animals or pets allowed

Kitchenette uses induction plate cooktop rather than a stove, plus electric skillet, crock pot, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, & water kettle. All the kitchen supplies you need!

Smoking/vaping allowed OUTSIDE the building.

Neighborhood highlights

Great location! Publix grocery is just 3 blocks away, open 7am-10pm. There are many restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, & antiques stores in Downtown Ft. Myers, all within a short, 15 minute walk. We have a new library downtown and also 2 parks along the Caloosahatchee River & Yacht Basin. Special events are planned nearly every weekend for downtown during Dec. - March, including a huge art festival in February. Downtown holds other events, including music & art almost each weekend throughout the year, maintaining a vibrant, downtown atmosphere.

One of the best things about having a vacation rental is meeting our guests who come here from all over the world. It's a pleasure getting to know them and helping orient them to our area and many of the special places to experience while here. We have forged friendships with several and stay in contact. As a native of Ft. Myers, I love shells! I have many that were collected by my grandfather & they are especially precious to me. I still get a charge out of looking for shells on Sanibel. Having vacation rentals keeps us very busy as we do everything ourselves. But when I have down time, I like watching good PBS movies & specials. I love good books, esp. historical novels & biographies. I also love to bake and have a few specialties, which I often share with our guests. My husband is a talented ceramics artist and several of his works are in our apartments. I enjoy painting, but haven't had time to get back into it. Someday....
