Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, and central AC, all within a well-maintained community with pools, fitness center, and scenic walking trails. Just a short drive to the beach, dining, and attractions, this home offers the perfect balance of space, convenience, and a quieter coastal setting.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
• 7-night minimum stay required during peak summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day; Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only)
• No smoking, no pets, and no parties permitted
• Millville by the Sea Resort Fee: $175 per stay (required for community access); collected at the time of reservation
• HOA registration paperwork must be completed at least 12 days prior to arrival to access community amenities
• Located approximately 4 miles from Bethany Beach; a vehicle is required for beach access
