Welcome to Wells! Our cottage is peaceful and private with wooded views on 3 sides. You will have all the conveniences of home – parking, propane grill, full kitchen, central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor dining, washer/dryer…AND you will be just about 1 mile from Moody Beach and 2 miles from downtown Ogunquit. The cottage is an uncluttered 800 square feet, yet it has everything you might need from quality linens to cooking utensils. Come and enjoy the Southern Maine Coast!
The space
The entrance to Cottage 141 is through the sunroom with cathedral ceiling, where couch, recliner and TV are located. The couch has an attached chaise and pulls out into a full size bed.
The spacious kitchen and dining room is through the sliders from the sunroom. The table is bar height with 6 chairs. The kitchen has a peninsula with 2 stools, good counter space (granite-top) and all full-size appliances.
On one side of the kitchen/dining is the bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. This bedroom also has the stacked washer and dryer, an additional closet and a bureau.
On the other side of the kitchen is the bathroom and the second bedroom. This one has a king size bed, bureau, TV and 2 closets. The bathroom has a tub shower with a handheld shower head. The mirror and lights were updated last summer and the bathroom has lots of storage.
The cottage has central AC and heating (but no vents in the sunroom) and each room has a ceiling fan. The large windows all have roman blinds.
Outside, our parking and walkway are paved. The outdoor sitting area is private and includes a picnic table, cafe table with 2 chairs and a grill. 2 cars and the golf cart are allowed to park at the cottage. The golf cart is yours for easy access to the amenities of Seaglass Village!

When you rent Cottage 141, people in your group who are 18 years or older can enter the Clubhouse and use the amenities there, including a gym with all the equipment, outdoor hot tub, heated pool, donut pool, indoor and outdoor lounges, shuffle board, bocce court and putting green. Adult-only community events also regularly take place there, like live music, themed parties and games. The Clubhouse is a 2-minute golf cart ride or a 5-minute leisurely walk from our cottage.
Guests of all ages can use the family pool, fire pit and barbecue area, tennis court and basketball/pickle ball court. The family pool is a 5-minute golf cart ride or leisurely 10-minute walk from our cottage. It is at the entrance of the cottage community, has attached bathrooms and showers, umbrella tables, loungers, a 3-6' pool that the kids love and a wading pool for the little, little ones.

Other things to note
I added up all the summers that myself, my husband, my father-in-law and my 3 little kids have spent in Wells. It is over 150 summers! We love this place and we're here to answer any questions you have.
