Here's a look inside and out at everything this
houseboat with a camping style has to offer:
ARRIVING:
Experience a unique camping-style stay on the water, with the comfort of running water & AC.
Please keep in mind that this is a nature-based experience, and guests should be prepared to enjoy the outdoors while still having some convenient amenities.
Before booking, please note:
• Guests are responsible for checking the weather forecast prior to their stay.
• We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after booking.
• Parking is located about a 5-minute walk from the kayaks, so please pack accordingly.
• The houseboat is not docked at a marina — it is anchored away from land, giving you a more private and immersive experience on the water.
• At times, tides may be low, and you may notice natural vegetation around or beneath the boat.
Once you're settled in, enjoy a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.
You can kayak, swim, relax, meditate, watch breathtaking sunsets, play board games, listen to music, fish, or even grill your fresh catch.
EXTERIOR:
The outdoor area (front deck) includes a grill station, two stools for seating, and a cooler—perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal by the water.
On the opposite side of the boat, there is a small outdoor bathroom with a privacy curtain for discretion. It includes a shower and a toilet.
Please note that there is NO SINK in this bathroom and there is no hot water.
INTERIOR:
Inside the boat, you’ll find a full-size bed with storage underneath (simply lift the bed using the handles). In this storage space, you will find kitchen and BBQ utensils, flashlights, paper towels, extra toilet paper, a first aid kit, and other essentials.
Your bedding and towels are also stored underneath the bed. If needed, we can provide a complete list of all included items.
For entertainment, there are also board games available for adults.
At the back of the boat, there is a small outdoor bathroom with a toilet and an outdoor shower. Please note that there are no sink and no hot water, so you will need to use a cup with fresh water to brush your teeth. Kindly dispose of any dirty water in the toilet and never in the sea. For privacy, you can close the curtains around the bathroom area.
A pump-out service for the toilet tank usually takes place on Fridays between 3–4 PM. The service is accessed from the back of the boat, so there is no need to disturb you during your stay.
Guests will be provided with two single kayaks to travel to and from the boat, so please keep this in mind when packing your belongings.
If preferred, we can also provide the phone number of a local boat operator who may be able to transport you to and from the boat upon request.
Please note that this is only a recommendation, the service may not always be available, and it is handled directly by the operator at an additional cost.
KAYAK USE:
Guests will have access to two kayaks to travel to and from the houseboat. Please make sure to:
-Tie the kayaks securely to the boat when not in use.
-Return the kayaks to the exact location where you picked them up at the end of your stay.
PARKING YOUR VEHICLE:
There will be one parking space available for one vehicle. The parking space is about a 5 min walk from where you will get your kayak.
The information of your vehicle (tag & type of vehicle) should be sent to us prior to your arrival day.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire houseboat and its outdoor areas during their stay.
The boat is anchored away from land, so access is part of the adventure. Guests will be provided with two kayaks to travel to and from the boat. The launch point for the kayaks is located about a 5-minute walk from the designated parking area, so please keep this in mind when packing and transporting your belongings.
If preferred, we can provide the phone number of a local boat operator who may be able to take guests to and from the boat upon request. Please note that this is only a recommendation, the service may not always be available, and it is handled directly with the operator at an additional cost.
During your stay, you will have access to:
• The interior of the boat, including the sleeping area, workspace, mini fridge, and storage.
• The outdoor deck, equipped with a grill, seating, and cooler.
• The outdoor bathroom area with a toilet and shower located at the back of the boat.
• The kayaks, which can also be used to explore the surrounding waters.
Other things to note
CHECK-IN:
You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send
a message with the door code at
Check- In day.
You can check in any time after 3:00 PM and as late as you like,
you'll have a pin code access to get in.
Early check-in depends on whether the houseboat is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day
before your arrival and we will confirm this for you.
CHECK- OUT:
Self-check-out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in
the welcome message. You must follow those instructions.
There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the houseboat ready
for next guests. Anyway, you may contact us to make sure.
PARKING:
There will be one parking space available for one vehicle. The parking space is about a 5 min walk from where you will get your kayak.
MINI GRILL:
You can use the grill on the deck front as much as you want, just
make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. We provide the gas tank.
