Unwind on the balcony with a classic South African braai and beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. This contemporary hideaway has a spacious, sunny feel, from the high-gloss kitchen to the wooden furniture and fabrics inspired by local fauna.

A backup battery system was recently added, which supports most lights, TVs, and Wi-Fi should there be any power cuts (Loadshedding)

The space
Guests love the spacious, sunny feel of the apartment with its sense of privacy. It is a double-story unit with a fantastic open-plan living area upstairs. Folding doors open onto the large balcony with its expansive views. Tranquility in the heart of the city. For winter it has a lovely wood-burning fireplace inside, with wood supplied.

Although we only like to accommodate 4 guests maximum, the apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two modern bathrooms. Quality linen, toweling, and guest amenities are supplied. Also beach towels, and beach umbrella.

The downstairs (second) living area includes a workstation for business travelers. The wifi is fast 200Mbps/200Mbps

And to make you feel extra at home, the fridge is stocked with all the basics such as milk, fruit, yogurt, juice, and of course a bottle of wine! You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, rusks, muesli, etc.
The outside balcony has a braai, with fire briquettes, firelighters, and a lighter provided. Everything you might need for your first braai.

If you are driving your own car, the apartment has a double lock-up garage. It has a height restriction, so please check first if you have a large van or 4x4.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. And also the double garage.

I like to meet my guests at the apartment on arrival and take you through a quick tour and answer any questions you may have. I am always available during your stay for questions or restaurant/attractions referrals. And where possible meet on departure to exchange some holiday stories and proper goodbyes.

This island-view apartment is in the residential area of Green Point, on the slopes of Signal Hill. It's a tranquil area, with the city just minutes away. Shops, local restaurants, and the Waterfront are just a short Uber ride away.

Uber is a very effective and easy way of transport. Always 2 minutes away.
There is a Myciti bus stop just one block away, otherwise, guests who are driving themselves have the use of the double garage for secure parking.

Please note that the apartment is on the first floor with stairs leading up to the front door. The inside is also on two levels, once again with a staircase.
