Lincoln is a great city. The winning combination of a vibrant city centre and its historic quarter, both with a broad range of cultural activities and venues make Lincoln a fantastic environment in which to live and stay.

During the Christmas Market period parking is extremely difficult and an access pass may be required. We may need car details where possible in order to obtain an access pass.
Please note access pass is only required during this period (generally first weekend in December).
Other times access may be difficult are during events such as Lincoln 10k and Cycling Grand Prix. Newport tends to be shut/reduced access during these events. Where possible we will try to warn you if a road closure event will affect your stay.
I really enjoyed my weekend in the lovely city Lincoln. Sophie and Ben were thoughtful hosts. Thanks, Hannelore
We had a perfect stay with Sophie and Ben. The bedroom is quietly situated and was clean, the bathroom was good and clean and we were served a good continental breakfast. Sophie was very helpful to send us a parking pass in advance as we stayed there during the yearly christmas market and visitors were not allowed to park their cars in the centre. Ben stayed up late to make sure that we could get into the house after our outside activities. The location is perfect to visit the old centre of Lincoln. We would highly recommend others to stay at Sophie's and Ben's place when visiting Lincoln!
