This 3-bedroom home sleeps 7 with a main-floor queen suite, two additional queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with three twin beds—perfect for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather, while the outdoor patio with dining and seating offers a great place to relax after the beach or pool. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit laundry for added convenience. Located in an amenity-rich community with pool, fitness center, and playground, you’ll enjoy a quieter setting just a short drive from Bethany Beach, dining, and local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
• 6 - night minimum stay required during peak summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
• No smoking, no pets, and no parties permitted
• Millville by the Sea Resort Fee: $175 per stay (required for community access); collected at the time of reservation
• HOA registration paperwork must be completed at least 12 days prior to arrival to access community amenities
• Located approximately 4 miles from Bethany Beach; a vehicle is required for beach access
