The Space

Your room is private and quite. It has a large window with great lighting, backyard view. We will prepare a care basket upon your arrival with your own towels, washcloths, keys to the apt, soap, WIFI access and some maps.

There's a kitchen with a stove, oven, and microwave. Our bathroom is gorgeous, shower and a deep soaking tub.

Guest Access

We are flexible to your check in/check out time upon request and you have full access to our common space, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We want you to feel like home :)

Interaction with Guests

We're humble, jolly, and clean people who want to share our two bedroom apartment.
My partner (Chloe) and I will be present during your stay in our own private bedroom. Yes, we'd love to chat with you and maybe go out for dinner if time allows! You're welcome to say hello or play with our pet pug Boba. He is a chubby and friendly pug; he stays mostly in our room with his toys.

The Neighborhood

We're are 1 stop away from the trendy Williamsburg. There are many restaurants, cafes, music venues, local organic groceries, delis (or "Bodega", that's how we call these 24/7 one stop shop, seriously you can buy anything, anytime in these awesome mom and pop stores). All are within the 4-5 blocks walking radius.
Let's just say you will not be bored or hungry staying in this area :)

Getting around

Express trains J, M and Z at Myrtle/Broadway stop are 5 mins walk. G train is a few blocks away. Buses are available too.
Our location is very centralized. You are 10 minutes away from Manhattan, historic Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg plus the up and coming Bushwick.
Also, since summer is here and NYC is very bike friendly, we can gladly lend you our bike, helmet and lock FOR FREE :) !!, just be sure to bring it back when you're done exploring the city.

Other Things to Note

We're a gay couple, so we're LGBTQ friendly.

  • I loved staying with Kathryn and Chloe. They are the nicest hosts and want to make sure you are enjoying yourself. While I didn't spend much time in the apartment, since I was out in the city, the time I spent with them was great. They are extremely friendly and made sure that I was enjoying myself. Their dog is so cute and sweet, he was one of the friendliest, smart and loving pugs I have ever met.

The room itself is nice. It was comfortable, clean and the access to the subway was very convenient. I felt very safe staying here and highly recommend it to anyone. I look forward to staying here again someday.

  • I had an amazing experience with Kathryn and Chloe! They are two of the nicest hosts you could imagine. Extremely down to earth, nice and fun to talk to. They really went out of their way to make the stay nice!
The room is very spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable.

They have a brand new Trek bike, which takes you to Williamsburg in 18 minutes or to Manhattan's Soho in 30 minutes.
Also, they are located right next to the J express train, which goes directly to Manhattan.

I highly recommend the two for an authentic Brooklyn experience!
Great people, great dog (yeah, they have a very cute dog), great bike, great room.

  • Fantastic hosts! I regret not looking harder to find a place actually in Williamsburg or someplace else with things to do when I booked. There was not much to do near the apartment and the neighborhood (that they just moved to) felt very unsafe to me. In my honest opinion, a great place to live as a couple of locals but not a good place to be as a tourist. On the bright side, Kathryn and Chloe couldn't be nicer hosts--I really liked them a lot. Bonus: their pug puppy is the cutest little things ever.

  • Accommodation was "cosy" as mentioned on site though a new accommodation in progress. The small 'flat'-unit, with shared facilities.was near to Train connection and local delis, buses etc. Kathryn-Chloe a nice couple. Easy to get on with and helpful with advice etc. Felt that a "folder-brochure" with local information re shop..train and bus connections would be very helpful for future guests. Would stay with again and recommend to future guests.

Hello! We are Chloe & Kathryn. Kathryn loves legos and Chloe loves creating fun new recipes. We are a young professional couple; Chloe works in real estate and Kathryn is a freelance commercial director. We love legos, Boba the pug, food, and motorbiking Vietnam. The reason we joined airbnb is to create new friendships, especially with creative individuals. We've made some amazing lifelong friendships from backpacking and staying in hostels and shared spaces. Therefore, we created a little oasis in our apartment's extra bedroom for travelers.
