Such a lovely getaway. Very cute cottage with everything we needed. We even took the row boat out for a little! Five stars
My family felt very welcome in this cozy cottage on the cove. We were not ready to leave after three lovely days (one day was actually sunny!). The location felt remote (in a good way), but was only a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Olympia.
The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easier to fix our meals during our stay. My kids loved exploring the cove at low tide, playing the provided board games and watching the old school VHS tapes. I loved the wood stove!
Debby was gracious and available to answer any questions we had about directions or procedures. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay! It was cool to sit on the deck and watch the tide come in and go out. Everything was in great order -- the house was super clean and everything was ready for us. It exceeded my expectations!
Great quiet place to work and relax! Debby did a great job accommodating our schedules!
This is an awesome stay. The cove is lovely and magical, the cabin darling and rustic. We were welcomed with a personalized message and made to feel at home with fresh fruit and snacks. We will definitely be back, I have found my magical stay in Olympia!
Lovely, cozy, every need anticipated and met. Wonderful view from decks as well as every large window in the house. Bring binoculars so u don't miss the antics of the birds and seals! Fun to watch the tide come in and out! Located at the end of the cove so a bit more private than the rest of the houses. Loved it!
We had a great time being on the water for a night. I'm lucky enough to live on a lake but it was interesting being in a place that had tides. Debby did a job leaving the facilities just the way you would leave your own home ready for our night stay. Thanks again!
Thanks for letting me know re. the ax. I'll have my husband sharpen it this week. Will look into blinds. Haven't had them because of all the tree cover and trying to get more natural light into the cottage, but if guests would feel more comfortable with blinds, I will see what I can do. Yes, I would be happy to have you back.

My family has owned this waterfront cottage since 1982. We lived there full time for 11 years before building a larger house. We continue to vacation at the cottage, hold family gatherings, or just go over for a walk on the beach or for a outing in the boat.
We live not far away from the cottage so if you need anything while you are there, have questions, need directions or referrals, etc., we are usually nearby to be of assistance.
The cottage is set up like a home and you will be quite comfortable there.
