Studio Apartment in West Campus

Apartment - Entire home/apt · West 24th Street, Austin, TX 78705, United States

This fully furnished apartment is on Rio Grande right next to the famous Cain & Abel's. It comes with 36" LCD TV, and any amenities you request.

The Space

Have your own apartment already stocked with everything from full-size bedding down to brand-new shampoo and soap. It has a very large walk-in closet which is absolutely perfect if you're looking for some extra space in between moves. Wood floors.

The kitchen area is fully stocked with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. All new silverware and dishware. The shower IS pretty small, so heads up on that.

Free Wi-Fi coming from the router in the apartment, so you won't be sharing it with anyone and slowing your connection. The 36" LCD is hooked up to Apple TV loaded with a complimentary paid Netflix account.

You're in the middle of West Campus, surrounded by restaurants and food trucks. Adjacent is a 24hr Wag-A-Bag (gas station) that is great for any late-night snacks or something you forgot to pack on your travels. The bus stop is right outside which can take you into campus, or straight to downtown. Unfortunately, there parking is ONLY available outside of business hours (9AM-6PM), however there's ample street parking available.

A short walk east takes you to a plaza area filled Quiznos, Starbucks, and Smoothie King among others. Head west a couple blocks and you have easy access to Mopac Expressway (Texas Loop 1).

All sheets and towels are washed after every single stay by the local EcoClean laundromat, the most environmentally friendly laundromat in Austin, so everything will be very clean for your stay.

A great location for ACL, SXSW, Formula 1 or really any event in Austin. No more dealing with the crowded and expensive hotels downtown. Have your own apartment to get the true Austin experience.

We will always be in communication and there for you in case you need help with anything.

We hope you choose to stay.

  • Cute little place in great location (as long as you are ok with university life surrounding you). As others as noted, shower is tiny and did not come with even soap - so bring your own (along with other shower needs).

  • Small space, great for two people. Clean, air-conditioned, and located near major public transportation hubs. Keep in mind that you are super close to the UT campus and Greek row but also a good handful awesome museums and cultural centers and can easily take a quick bus ride to downtown and other parts of Austin.

  • Great apartment. Very centrally located. The hosts were great about providing everything I needed. The AC worked great, there is a TV, and an iron as well. Thanks for a great stay in Austin.

  • Great small place in a really good location! The apartment was clean and cozy.

  • Imagine the apartment you had just after you graduated from college and learned to clean, but before you could afford really nice things. That's this place. Perfect for an inexpensive overnight in Austin. It's located near the UT fraternities and sororities, so very convenient for anyone visiting campus. It's set back so it's not loud at night, but a good amount of street traffic and walkable to restaurants and bus stops. It is a bit basic - no full-length mirror and the shower is claustrophobic, but there's a Keurig machine!

  • The apartment was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for 1 person! Conveniently located right near all kinds of great stuff at UT Austin campus.

  • We really had a good experience with MSpaces and the small studio. We came for SXSW and while the location was a good bicycle ride from 6th and 4th, coming home uphill wasnt as bad as we thought . Good exercise, and it beat the traffic!
The studio was simple but clean. Wish more Airbnb hosts would consider keeping a cleaner house (clean bathrooms are so appreciated!) since they're having guests stay (and pay!). Kelly and Hunter were extremely accommodating and helpful. And, their suggestion to visit Rainey street was a gem we'd never have found otherwise.
Thank you. We'd stay again for sure :)

  • Great Location. Clean and convenient. Just what we needed. Freemens BBQ for dinner and Hole in the Wall or drinks and live music. Thanks for an easy stay!

  • My host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely would recommend if in Austin.

  • There is, hands down, no reason to ever again stay at a hotel whilst in Austin. My place was immaculate, and I felt at home from second one. Kelly and Hunter are not only utterly friendly, but available 24/7 (if not more) and will help you with virtually any issue. During the week, I even got better heating (it was quite cold some nights), rides both downtown and to the airport, and got to see some of the other MSpaces apartments (which looked just as good). Two tumbs up; hotels are dead.
