A- Weekend always quit the noise at 00:30 AM
B- During the week at 23:00 PM
C- NO noise at the stairs during the week and weekend. My neighbors sleep there!!!
D- NO noise at the balcony during the week and weekend. My neighbors sleep there!!
(if you break the rule you can’t stay anymore in my apartment and I have to charge the deposit fee of 250 euro)
The most important detail is my neighbours. The Amsterdam houses are very noisy, we have to deal with it with respect. I want to make sure that you book the right apartment for your trip. My apartment is available for normal people who like to have a great place to stay during their Amsterdam visit and who promise to be nice for my neighbours (living separately in their own apartments).
I have very nice neighbours, they will always help and support you with your stay. You will meet them off-course.
But…….Please note, if you break the rule you can’t stay anymore in my apartment.
Is that ok for you and your friends, be aware before you book.
The bikes are free to use for guest. Always lock the bikes together with the two lockers. Otherwise; the bikes will be stolen and we have to charge 100 euro for each bike!!!

Jan was a great host, everything was smooth and easy with lots of communication. He showed us around the apartment and then left us to it which was nice. The apartment has everything you need (there were 5 of us and there was plenty of room). It's also in a good location tram stops that go through dam, Anne franks and to Central station are 5 mins away and it only took less than 10 to get there.
Good, simple stay!
Jan a été très accueillant et facilement joignable. L'appartement était très convenable et bien situé. Nous avons été très heureux de notre séjour.
We had a great weekend in A'dam! The host is very relaxed, nice and helpful. Flat is a bit smaller and less comfortable than expected, but it was good enough for us.
Jan answered my questions promptly. We were a group of 6. Location is fine. We had gone walking at night and it didn't feel unsafe. The apartment itself is basic and small. There is one decent bed, and three very used cots. There was one which was just the mattress that we put on the floor. One of us slept on the couch. There's a picture of a red couch?, I didn't see where that was. The shower is what we nicknamed the shower closet. It was located in the room with a bed. It basically looks like someone forgot to add a shower and put it in the closet. We were able to deal, it had hot water so that was important to us. Our stay was very short so it was fine for our basic needs. We were mainly out and sightseeing so we didn't remain in the place for too long.
The houseboat is nice, clean, cozy and great location.
We had a problem about some electric instrument doesn't work
And Daan show up at mid night to help us solve the problem
He is really a great and passion host
JD is very accommodating - he tends & responds quickly to our needs & queries. The place is comfortable & just enough for a family of 6. It is a few blocks away from the tram station - a few stations to Dam Square & the Rail Station. The apartment is located at the 2nd floor so we had to carry up all luggages to the room.
Travelling around the world
I love hosting and meeting people from other countries and I try my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need any information about the city, I be happy to provide. Being hosts has really made me learn more about our beautiful city and its history and I am happy to share this with you!
So if y like stay in my apartment, don't hesitate to send me an email and I will get back to you!
