We are at the age where we don't need to discipline our children or our grandchildren, and can just enjoy them. What a pleasure. Our granddaughter, however, keeps us in line with comments such as "you are not the boss of me", and "I don't boss my friends at school, I care for them"! My husband, Ray, and I, have been blessed with a daughter and a son and now, their partners and children. Ray and I have enjoyed being able to travel to many fascinating places all over the world and to meet wonderful people. Now it's our time to host friends we've still to meet - you and other people from around South Africa and the world! Anyone visiting us will soon learn that I love cats, but at the moment I don't have one because of moving around too much. My husband still works at what he loves and that is encouraging people to be their best - at home, work and abroad! He is a prolific reader and has a wonderful ability to remember what he has read and to impart it in meaningful, insightful and pertinent ways to others. He is also an author and I hope, will continue to use his gifts in the years ahead. He loves his grandchildren and has lost all prior ability to discipline children!
